Description
Aluminum siding is more flexible and can withstand extremes of hot and cold temperatures better than vinyl siding. Vinyl siding can occasionally crack or even split, where aluminum siding is far less likely to be affected. Aluminum siding is also more easily recycled than vinyl siding and in a fire, vinyl siding will melt whereas aluminum siding can withstand high temperatures.
